Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellations
Customers can request order cancellation before the physical item is handed over to our logistical couriers. Once items leave our processing warehouse layer, cancellations can no longer be processed directly.
2. Returns & Replacements
We provide a 7-day replacement window for technical manufacturing issues or logistical damage. To declare a valid returns process, the mobile item or device components must remain completely unused inside their original factory wrapping containing all accessory items.
3. Refund Processing Timelines
Once approved, standard electronic refunds will be auto-credited to your original native bank payment instrument or credit channel context within 5 to 7 business days via our Razorpay payment processor.
